Bulgaria’s growing problem with violence among children: a piece is missing or the puzzle is wrong?

Thousands of Bulgarian teachers around the country begun an indefinite effective strike 24 September 2007, seeking to double their pay. Education Minister Daniel Valtchev has offered primary and secondary school teachers, who earn an average of 200 euros per month, pay increases of 32 percent.
